The requirements of Part G newly entitled ‘Sanitation, Hot Water Safety and Water Efficiency’ will come into force on the 6th April 2010 with transitional provisions of 6 months until 6th October 2010. The supporting Approved Document will be published by early March 2010 and will be set out in the following extended sections:
