We are a company of competent, well qualified and project supporting surveyors who can provide a responsive, personal service and continuity of contact from conception to completion.
The surveyor(s) appointed to your project will stay with you all the way from the initial design comments, through the formal application and plans checking to the final approval stage. We examine all design information and then regularly check and report on works in progress, culminating in the issue of the Completion Certificate.
Our processes are streamlined and efficient, preventing the delays and uncertainties that can characterise the Building Control experience. We take care to tailor our service to each client, setting out objectives from the very beginning, to establish clarity of our role and working closely with designers throughout, to ensure that the end result loses none of its unique creativeness.
We believe in taking an integrated team approach, making the necessary staff available to discuss the various aspects of building control at times to suit the design consultants and Project Managers. We will also consult with the various statutory bodies to identify key issues affecting the project to ensure that a holistic approach is adopted. This results in potential issues being raised and resolved at early stages in the design process.
