Wellington Platinum Healthcare facility forms part of Wellington Hospital in St Johns Wood, London. Formally an office block, the existing building was extensively renovated to form a high spec, six storey including a basement day-care facility. The development included operating theatres and recovery areas to the 4th and 5th floors, Consultation rooms from 1st to 3rd floors, Café, reception and support facilities to ground floor and full CAT scan and X-ray facilities to the basement area (formerly the office car-park).
AIS were actively involved in this complex design proposal and successfully assimilated Hospital Technical Memorandum requirements into a mixed occupancy day care facility to meet Client, Building Regulations and Fire Authority requirements.
